Classes are 90 minutes long.
They are followed by a focused Jam which is run by another group.
The Tuesday Class and Jam is at the Finnish Hall, which will hopefully soon be ADA compliant, but unfortunately is not yet.
Please bring you own water container.
Comfortable clothing, such as for yoga, that covers the elbows and knees is recommended.
